The company was founded by Ryan Behr in 2003 and has since served many of Australia’s leading organisations to extend market leading positions, expand revenues and markets and combat vigorous competitors.

Ryan Behr
Ryan is the Principal Consultant at BEHR Consulting with over 15 years strategy consulting experience. Prior to BEHR Consulting, Ryan was a Manager at Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), a global tier-one consultancy, and a member of the Corporate Strategy Group at Andersen.
Ryan focuses on marketing, growth and competitive strategy. He also has a passion for small business in Australia and built one the largest independent Audiology / hearing retail chains in Victoria, exiting via a trade sale to a global player. He recently re-entered the hearing sector with an innovative initiative, Hearing Savers, targeted at the value consumer.
Ryan enjoys providing advice to small business and start-ups, and recently branched out into website design and delivery.
His academic background is in accounting, finance and IT, and was awarded a full scholarship to Monash University.
